Looking for a fun and educational field trip destination? At Mertailor’s Mermaid Aquarium Encounter, students will dive into the magic of the ocean while learning about marine life, conservation, and the importance of protecting our waterways.

From interactive exhibits to live mermaid performances, our aquarium offers a one-of-a-kind learning adventure that blends science, creativity, and wonder.

What Students Will Experience

  • Live Mermaid Shows – Watch our mermaids perform breathtaking underwater routines.

  • Up-Close Animal Encounters – Explore sharks, stingrays, tropical fish, reptiles, and birds.

  • Hands-On Learning – Students can touch and interact with marine life in our Tidepool and Ray Bay exhibits.

  • Conservation Education – Learn how everyday actions can help protect Florida’s waterways and the ocean beyond.

2025-2026 Field Trip Details

  • Student Admission: $10 per person

  • Teachers/Chaperones: Free admission for teachers. Standard rates apply for additional chaperones.

  • Group Size: Up to 50 participants per booking

  • Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date

  • Final Payment: Due 15 days prior to visit (group payment only, no individual tickets)

Tax-Exempt? Qualifying groups may use Florida Form DR-14 for sales tax exemption.

  • Wheelchair accessible facility

  • Handwashing required before and between touch tank interactions

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in

  • Groups with noise-sensitive students should be aware of varying sound levels
